Lunar Eclipse

A lunar eclipse is when the moon's shadow comes down on earth. Then, you can't really see the moon; only a outline.

Yesterday night there was a lunar eclipse. It was visible to people in California. I kind of saw it. The moon was blocked by the clouds, so we had to wait until the clouds moved. I kind of saw it when the moon passed a hole in the clouds. But, eventually my legs got tired standing there, and my mom wanted us to go back in, so we didn't really see it whole.

But, at least I kind of saw it. My dad took some pictures, and I will try to post them when he gets back.

Chapter 5: The Tunnel

After some time, Poohes felt like he was sinking! He looked down. He was walking into a tunnel! Hmm, he thought. Who could have dug this tunnel? Suddenly he dropped! Lower, lower, lower, he dropped. At last he stopped. Boom! Boom! Boom!

Christmas Songs:

"Jingle Bells

Dashing through the snow,
In a one-horse open sleigh,
Over the fields we go,
Laughing all the way,

Bells on bobtail ring,
Making spirits bright,
What fun it is to ride and sing a sleighing song tonight!

Oh-Jingle bells,
Jingle bells,
Jingle all the way,
Oh what fun it is to ride in one-horse open sleigh!"

"Deck the Halls

Deck the halls with boughs of holy, fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.
Tis the season to be jolly, fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.
Don we now our gay apparel, fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.
Troll the ancient Yuletide carol, fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.

See the blazing Yule before us, fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.
Strike the harp and join the chorus, fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.
Follow me in merry measure, fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.
While I tell of Yuletide treasure, fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.

Fast away the old year passes, fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.

Every year, there is a truck race. The winner gets a brand new motorcycle.

One year, Hopoohga joined. She had brought a hot pink truck. "I was finally allowed to join. I was so exited that I kept looking at the clock. And, I looked so often! The first time I looked the clock showed 3:50, the second, 4:00, and now finally it's 4:10. "When she comes, trouble comes, and a robbery comes." Voproga whisped as Hopoohga walked away.

Sure enough, her truck was gone when she came back from signing autographs! But they had a clue. Someone saw a teenager with the words Jaguars on the back. "Oh! The Jaguars club!" Hopoohga cried. "They are Hoor, Vaca, Buar, and Sicla! Let's go to them. Maybe one of their alibis have a slip!"

So, they went.Buar said, "I was looking at a map. We're going on a trip to Austrailia next week." Hoor said, "I was at the barn. The cows needed milking. Every day, I always milk the cows at an exact time-3:30. Sicla said, "I was studying the stars. It's my homework." Vaca said, "I was playing on my wii. I'm allowed to play for 1 hour.

"Looks like all of their alibis are solid." Voproga said sadly. "No. One Jaguar made a slip." Hopoohga said smiling.

Who was it, and what was his/her slip?

Poirot Movie: "Dumb Witness" (2)

Here's some details:
  • The whole murder is witnessed by a little dog named "Bob".
  • There were two murders (one for Emily, one for the doctor) and Emily's murder didn't work so they tried again, and then it worked. Emily's murders was falling down the stairs (that didn't work) and getting poisoned (that worked). The doctor's murder was poison gas.
Poirot's clues are:
  1.  Someone saw the initials T.A. on the murderer's red robe.
  2. The dog keeps bouncing his ball (which was found on the stairs during the murder(when Emily fell down the stairs)) up the stairs and it rolls down again.
  3. The dog barked when he saw a mirror.
The truth is...... Poirot shall find out.

Mystery 3

On summer vacation, Nordes the bug expert would go out and go worm hunting. He always brought his ax handle along. It was the best stick for worm fiddling.

Once a year there was a worm invention contest. If you made a pill or magnet that brought up worms, you win a  pocket mirror for third prize, a wristwatch for second, and a camera for first.

This year, Vopooh participated. He had brought a box of dirt, a cup of water and a bottle of weird looking pills. He came up front and said, " I put 20 worms in this box. Now I will make them rise to the surface. " He took a pill and dropped it into the box. Then he poured water from the cup. After a while, a worm came up. Then a tangle of worms squirmed out from the dirt. "See? " Vopooh bragged. "Those pills are nothing!" shouted Nordes."I think you're cheating!"

Mystery 2

Can you solve the following mystery?(If you want, you can join the mystery contest.) (You know how. If you forgot, look back at Mystery 1 and Mystery Contest 1)

Byspy Riglo was a detective bear. Wherever he went, criminals were caught. His dad (Chief Riglo) was a police. If a crime was left unsolved, he knew what to do. He would hurry home and alert his son. And every time, he came back with a solved case. Byspy always solved the case. Chief Riglo wanted his son's picture hanging in the national bear hero hall of of detectives, but what good would that do? Each time they would say: Prove it! But he could not. They would always say, "You told him the answers!" if he tried. So he kept it to himself and Mrs. Riglo, Byspy's mother.

One day he came back with a worried face. Byspy and his mother knew what that meant. It meant that Chief Riglo had a case he couldn't solve. "Tell Byspy." his mother urged. "He has never failed yet." So Chief Riglo gave Byspy one look and started. "Mrs. Iopooh says that yesterday night Poohdet stole her diamond ring. She says that he climbed up the fire escape and she saw Poohdet as he climbed back down. "How does she know that Poohdet stole her diamond ring?"Byspy asked. "Because," replied Cheif Riglo."she claims she saw the diamond ring on his finger as he pressed his hands on the window for a last look at her room."Chief Riglo added, "Can you prove that Mrs. Iopooh is lying? We police think that but we have no proof.""I can."answered Byspy smiling. "Because of one careless slip."

What was her slip?

Poirot Movie: "Murder on the Orient Express"

The Poirot Movie "Murder on the Orient Express" is about a murder on the Orient Express. Poirot is also on the train, and he solves the mystery. Here's the story:

One day Poirot is living in Istanbul and wants to visit London, and he takes the Orient Express. In the middle of a snowstorm the Orient Express passes in Yugoslavia on the second night and is suddenly snowbound. At midnight Poirot hears a distant scream and wakes up. Nothing happened so he went back to sleep. The next morning one of the passengers-a ruthless American business man Samuel Ratchett is found murdered. He appears to have been stabbed many times and drugged. Who could the murderer be? Poirot sets out to find out. He finds a burned piece of paper that obviously was incriminating. He, with help of a hat box surprisingly finds it says nonsense: "AISY ARMS" Poirot questions everybody on the train, and he notices a fact: everybody-including Samuel Ratchett is related to a criminal: Lanfranco Cassetti and the kidnapping and murder of a young girl Daisy Armstrong in a sad way. But who was the murderer? Poirot soon discovers the truth.

About Poirot (1)

It has been a long, long time since I watched "Magic's Biggest Secrets Finally Revealed", but I have already found a new television show. It is called "Poirot".

Now I will tell you how I started to watch the movie Poirot.

I started watching Poirot one day. That time I knew nothing about Poirot.

My dad was watching the Poirot movie starter of the Poirot movie "Murder on the Orient Express", (a Poirot movie starter is a video telling you about the following Poirot movie) and soon after my mom was watching it too. After a while I was watching it with them. I started to get interested in what they were watching when my dad called me to see an interesting fact. That's when I wanted to see the Poirot movie "Murder on the Orient Express" on the following night. (the day the Poirot movie would come out)

So, I watched it the following night. I liked it a lot.

And that's only the beginning......

One day, at the Bear Club all the bears studied about horses. Anipooh was very good at sketching a horse. Her horse looked like an artist had drawn it! Poohney said that horses must be her best her drawing that she had ever drawn, but then, suddenly she yelled, "Solve this code!" and she ran out the door. On her way out, she shrew a slip of paper over her shoulder. It had a code scribbled on it. The code read:
  1. L.E.A....... (licked, eaten, and......)
  2. H.C. rice(home cooked rice)
  3. I.M. swimming(one lap butterfly, one lap backstroke, one lap breaststroke, and one lap freestyle.)
Later everyone found out that the code was for revealing what person/place/thing/animal she drew better than horses without having to be there.

Can you name the coded word?

Michael was his friend and companion, and had left to go to the human universe to help the humans. He left about one year ago and had said he would return one year later. But strangely,  it was already one year later, but he hadn't returned yet. Hmm......

Pooh's Adventures

From now on, I am going to type Pooh's stories, and you may view about one chapter of a book every three days. I did not copy the stories, but wrote them myself. Starting tomorrow, you will be able to see parts of my books about Pooh.

I wrote these stories in notebooks first, and now I'm typing them on the computer and printing them out to make a book. I have already started typing. I have also decided to type them here, so you can see them.

I started writing in 2008. That was so long ago; that I can't even remember it. Now, I have finished a lot. So far, I already wrote and completed one Pooh book and have started two more. Everyday I just write some more.

  Hope you enjoy my stories!

The witch story

On Halloween a witch, lived in a haunted house,
there were cauldrons to mix stew, and spirits to arouse,
spiders to weave webs, ghosts to fly around,
but there was one problem, the fairy that was gowned,
slowly the witch's wickedness began to fade away,
and because she was all wicked, all left was a puddle of gray.

A Gapoon is scientificly a Erain,
a Spook is a Wirnale,
Prikes are called Lorpos,

Beware!

Be careful! It's the night of all nights,
scurry past the spooks, and avoid Gapoons and Prikes,
run away from ghosts, goblins and witches,
and look less on the spooky sights.
Halloween's scary; it'll make you shriek,
if you give the spooks just one peek,
out the window you will see,
bats perched on the spooky tree.
Nevertheless, do not fear,
they're not what they appear,
they're actually costumes on some kids,
and now you know how it all is.

Prikes

Prikes are dangerous and spooky,
they've friends of the spooks,
Gapoons are their ancestors,

Gapoons

On Halloween,
you see a bean,
in the night sky,
this you know,
that it can glow,
and darken by and by.
Up, up, up,
in the treetop canopy,
you will see some gapoons and their machinery,
gapoons are creatures that are spooky and creepy,
they live in the forests where some build a teepee!
So beware, and never fall for a trick,
because on Halloween, it's us that they pick!

but that's not all,
the rib cage comes along with the sternum,
with the spinal column inside,
the pelvis is just lower,
and the feet and hands can glide,
some of the hands and feet are:
the humerous, ulna, tibia and carpals,
other parts of them are:

A vampire's song

On Halloween,you see a gleam,
and it's the pure white moon.
If you listen carefully,
you will hear a tune.
Screeching like a bat , with cries of terror and agony,
and buzzing wildly like a bee who has just lost it's honey.
I want you to know that this is a vampire's song,
so, listen to the verses, but don't try to sing along.

Spooks and Tooks

On Halloween, I often wonder,
about things that are called Spooks,
Some people say that they live under beds,
with other monsters called Tooks.
Tooks are mischievous; Spooks are creepy,
Things go wild, things go crazy.
Wow! Everything would go topsy-turvy.
That's what happens when they aren't lazy.
But bad as they were, Tooks don't exist any more.
But Spooks are still, up on the hills.
And every Halloween they come down.
So never go roaming on Halloween!

Things on Halloween

Here are some things on Halloween:
ghosts and bats are what I mean,
pumpkins that are preapared,
-to be carved and shared,
-to be cut and lighted,
-for the night sky to be brighted,
spooky trees with with a faint glimmer,
looking like they could be much more dimmer,
all those stuff are signs of Halloween,
without any notice of the fairy Moonbeam.

The most spooky night of all

On the most spooky night of all,
On Halloween when ghosts stand tall,
When witches fly on brooms,
When skeletons come out of rooms,
When cobwebs hang upright,
In corners where space is tight,
Jack-O-Lanterns light up the night,
And the moon is not so bright,
Pumpkin patches dot the landscapes,
Spiders creep in different paces,
Clouds fill the sky,
While Halloween passes by.

Secret treasure

On the top shelf of the cupboard lies a hidden treasure,
it's very precious, you would own it with pleasure,
behind a fake wall lies an old key,

a key with a code on handle tip,
a code to a chest of treasure for a trip,
the treasure is a old scroll with advise on a rip!

The wicked witch

Up in the attic, so high up,
I knock on the door on the knocking cup,

There's a wicked witch,
in a cauldron, she is mixing,
serpent slime and lion wine,
on a table she is fixing.

Halloween

On Halloween, when the yellow moon shines,
On display there are pumpkins with orange rinds,
You see bats in the moonlight, high in the sky,
You hear wild screeches that seem to cry.
In the dark shadows lurks a ghost,
Past the fence, post after post ......
Beyond the creaky gate, in the haunted house,
Among the silent shelves, where you can even hear a mouse ......
In the mysterious bottle of smelly potion,
Out leaps a black cat!

Under the Sea

Out from Bay Bulls, into the Atlantic Ocean,
in the salty water that simulate potion,
there are lobsters, crabs, and seahorses,
seaweed clumps and porpoises,
dolphins, manatees, sharks and whales,
maintaining their balance by using their tails,
there are many creatures that live under the sea,
just like on the land live you and me.
